Sarah Korpi serves as the Director of Organizational Development for the Division of Continuing Studies at UW–Madison.
Sarah Korpi serves as the Director of Organizational Development for the Division of Continuing Studies at UW–Madison. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen professional development, support staff engagement, and foster a collaborative, mission-aligned culture across the division.
Her work includes guiding divisional onboarding and retention efforts, facilitating leadership and staff learning opportunities, coordinating climate surveys and program reviews, and supporting practices that enhance organizational effectiveness. Sarah brings a systems-thinking approach to change management, with a focus on continuous improvement, reflective practice, and evidence-informed decision-making.
She holds a PhD in German from UW–Madison, with academic and professional expertise in learning design, strategic communication, and organizational culture.
