Sarah Korpi (PhD, German, UW-Madison) leads diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts at Continuing Studies. Sarah's key responsibilities include: Inclusivity Everyday programming, chairing the Equity and Diversity Committee, Divisional Climate Survey process and analysis, recruitment, onboarding, retention and development efforts, unit and programmatic review for DEI, trainings and learning opportunities for leadership & staff, and leading the creation of a culture that pursues social justice for all human beings.
Megan McDonald
CRM Manager
Megan McDonald is the division's lead administrator of Salesforce, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool used to support the recruitment of prospective students.
Alan Ng
Director of Information Technology
Alan Ng is responsible for leading and managing the use of data and technology within the Division, and serves the broader campus continuing-education and outreach community as a leader and consultant on data and technology.
John Oppenheimer
Instructional Design Manager
John is the Instructional Design Manager for the Learning Engineering group at DCS. He provides a broad range of instructional design and development expertise and technical guidance to instructional staff to deliver both credit and noncredit online programs and other instructional products that embodied learner-centered design, user friendliness, and high-quality professional design standards. John has nearly 15 years of experience in instructional design and development to go along with almost 10 years as a Spanish and ESL/EFL teacher.

Sarah Ozburn supports the Division in making data informed decisions. She oversees data metrics and reporting.
Jessica Palmer
Learning Technology Systems Administrator
As a Learning Technology Systems Administrator at DCS, Jessica is the institutional application administrator for both the WisconsinX platform (edX) and the Canvas Credentials badging platform and provides organizational coordination for the Division's use of Canvas.
Diana Stardragon
Enterprise Solutions Architect
Diana Allen is an Enterprise Business Analyst with the Division's Project Management Office. Diana's initial project assignment will use her extensive project management and business analyst skills on the pilot of UW–Madison's first Online Undergraduate Degree.
