Moira Kelley was the communications manager for Undergraduate Special Student Services (USSS), an admitting and student services office within the Division of Continuing Studies. Over her 29 years with USSS (formerly ACSSS — Adult Career and Special Student Services), she served as a career counselor and academic advisor before transitioning into the communications manager role. Moira’s background in student services guided her work as she ensured messaging for nontraditional and underrepresented students was accessible and welcoming. Her expertise was in fine-tuning content to make it clear and concise without losing the author’s voice.
