Sarah Korpi

Director of Organizational Development

Sarah Korpi (PhD, German, UW-Madison) leads diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts at Continuing Studies. Sarah's key responsibilities include: Inclusivity Everyday programming, chairing the Equity and Diversity Committee, Divisional Climate Survey process and analysis, recruitment, onboarding, retention and development efforts, unit and programmatic review for DEI, trainings and learning opportunities for leadership & staff, and leading the creation of a culture that pursues social justice for all human beings.

Megan McDonald

CRM Manager

Megan McDonald is the division's lead administrator of Salesforce, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool used to support the recruitment of prospective students.

Alan Ng

Director of Information Technology

Alan Ng is responsible for leading and managing the use of data and technology within the Division, and serves the broader campus continuing-education and outreach community as a leader and consultant on data and technology.

Steven Noftle

Senior Financial Specialist

Steven Noftle is a financial specialist in the Dean's Office. He is responsible for a variety of financial transactions in the Division as well as managing the Division's purchasing cards and approving employee travel expense reports. He is also responsible for allocating expenses to individual programs for noncredit programming using the Continuing Studies Information System (CSIS).

Andy Richardson

Assistant Director of Administration

Andy provides consultation and collaboration services across all units of the division on matters related to finance, operations, research administration and general administration. Andy joined UW in 2009 as a Purchasing Agent in the Division of Business Services. In 2015, Andy joined Continuing Studies as the Department Administrator for the Department of Liberal Arts and Applied Studies (LAAS). This position leads on all finance, operations and administration matters related to the department's noncredit course portfolio and research activity. In 2020 Andy's position was moved into the Continuing Studies Dean's Office and was expanded to include working across all units of the division and with a diverse spectrum of business administration subjects.

Jeffrey Russell

Vice Provost for Lifelong Learning & Dean of Continuing Studies

Dr. Jeffrey S. Russell, PhD, PE, F NSPE, Dist. M.ASCE, NAC, dean of the Division Continuing Studies and vice provost for lifelong learning, strives to uphold the University of Wisconsin–Madison as a global leader in service to lifelong learners, focusing on high academic standards, emerging technologies, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and mentorship of future leaders. A registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, Jeff is a professor of civil and environmental engineering for the College of Engineering. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati and master’s and doctoral degrees from Purdue University. Among his awards and achievements, Jeff is especially proud of receiving the National Science Foundation’s Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics and Engineering Mentoring, awarded by the President of the United States for his work mentoring women pursuing careers in the construction industry. Jeff learned the value of hard work growing up in a construction family where his father ran field operations for a small regional contractor in Ohio. He spent his youth working in construction, where he also learned the value of integrity and organization. Deeply influenced by a sister with Down syndrome, Jeff values family, the simple joys of life and the importance of respecting and supporting differences and diversity.

Kyle Schwoch

Kyle Schwoch is the Financial Program Supervisor for the Dean's Office. He is responsible for the facilitation and supervision of the financial operations of the Division.

Diana Stardragon

Enterprise Solutions Architect

Diana Allen is an Enterprise Business Analyst with the Division's Project Management Office. Diana's initial project assignment will use her extensive project management and business analyst skills on the pilot of UW–Madison's first Online Undergraduate Degree.

Taylor Zeilinger

Human Resources Associate Director

Taylor Zeilinger is Continuing Studies' Compensation, Titling and Recruitment Specialist whose primary focus is to manage activities related to the classification, recruitment, and staffing for all permanent academic and university staff positions, temporary appointments, and student employees in the Division.
